The service at Faik Pasha Hotel was really good. From the moment we arrived, the staff were pretty good too ensure our stay was perfect. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions or requests we had. The manager, Nagi, and Ashkin at the reception were particularly helpful, speaking fluent English and providing excellent assistance. Our room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was also ideal, with the famous istiklal street just a short walk away.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access the main touristic sites in Sultanahmet, as well as the whole center of the city. Within 10-20 minutes by taxi or tram, you can reach popular attractions. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are modern. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring excellent service. The breakfast is exceptional, with a wide variety of freshly baked breads and a great selection of coffee. the hotel offers facilities such as spacious shower cabins and a real "boutique-style" atmosphere.
One drawback is that some of the rooms are only accessible by steep stairs, which might not be suitable for everyone.

The staff were friendly and spoke English and Russian fluently. The hotel itself was beautifully designed with fine artwork and thoughtful details. The room was spacious and had radiators that I could control to adjust the temperature. The location was perfect, with easy access to Taksim Square, Istiklal Street, Galata Tower, the Blue Mosque, and the waterfront. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of homemade desserts that were a pleasant surprise. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the helpfulness of the staff were really good.

As someone with physical handicaps, I loved the caring and kind staff at Faik Pasha Hotels. They made me feel like a member of the family and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The hotel is well-kept and has a lovely design, with spotless clean apartments. The location is perfect, only 10 minutes away from Taksim square and Istiklal avenue. The breakfast served at the hotel is excellent, with high-quality materials and a variety of delicious options. my stay at Faik Pasha Hotels was top-class and it has become my best and first choice in Istanbul.
I felt more than at home during my stay at Faik Pasha Hotels. There was absolutely no reason for me to complain.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Beyoglu area. The location is perfect as it is in a lively district, yet away from public transport. The room was great, with a mini-bar, soundproofed walls, and a comfortable bed. The hotel staff were always available, 24-hour room service, and they made lovely omelettes on request. The leisure wellness centre was also great, with a sauna, massage, steam room, and beauty treatments. I highly recommend this hotel for those who want to experience Turkish hospitality.
I highly recommend this place to my family.
